Head of HR
Lead the people function at Tradeview. You will build and scale our hiring processes, shape company culture, and ensure we attract and retain the best talent in the blockchain industry.
What You'll Do
- Design and execute the full-cycle recruitment strategy for technical and non-technical roles.
- Develop onboarding programs, performance review processes, and career development frameworks.
- Build and maintain employer branding initiatives to attract top Web3 talent.
- Partner with team leads to forecast hiring needs and manage headcount planning.
- Ensure compliance with employment regulations across multiple jurisdictions.
We're Looking For
- 5+ years of HR leadership experience, ideally in a tech startup or remote-first company.
- Proven track record of building and scaling high-performing teams.
- Experience with international hiring and distributed workforce management.
- Strong understanding of employer branding and talent acquisition best practices.
