How can I participate in the token presale?
To participate in the Tradeview token presale, visit our official website and navigate to the presale section. Connect your wallet, select the amount of tokens you wish to purchase, and complete the transaction. Make sure you have sufficient funds in your wallet to cover the purchase and network fees.
What is the use of the Tradeview token?
The Tradeview token serves multiple purposes within the ecosystem: governance voting on protocol decisions, staking for rewards, fee discounts on trading operations, access to premium features, and participation in validator programs. Token holders can also earn passive income through vault strategies and liquidity provision.
Is there a vesting schedule?
Yes, tokens purchased during the presale are subject to a vesting schedule designed to ensure long-term ecosystem stability. The vesting period includes an initial cliff period followed by linear monthly unlocks. Specific vesting terms vary by presale stage and allocation category. How do I create an account?
Tradeview uses a wallet-based authentication system. Simply connect your Web3 wallet (MetaMask, WalletConnect, or Coinbase Wallet) to create your account automatically. No email or password registration is required — your wallet address serves as your unique identifier.
Which wallets are supported?
We support all major Web3 wallets including MetaMask, WalletConnect-compatible wallets, Coinbase Wallet, Trust Wallet, and Ledger hardware wallets. We are continuously expanding wallet support to accommodate more users across different blockchain ecosystems.
What should I do if I can't sign in?
If you're having trouble signing in, first ensure your wallet is unlocked and connected to the correct network. Try clearing your browser cache, disabling any conflicting extensions, or switching to a different browser. If the issue persists, contact our support team through the help center.
Wallet Connection
How do I connect my wallet?
Click the "Connect Wallet" button in the top-right corner of the platform. Select your preferred wallet provider from the list, approve the connection request in your wallet, and you're ready to go. The platform will automatically detect your wallet balance and network.
Can I use multiple wallets?
Yes, you can connect multiple wallets to the Tradeview platform. However, only one wallet can be active at a time. You can switch between connected wallets through the wallet settings panel without losing your trading history or preferences.
Is my wallet safe?
Tradeview never has access to your private keys or seed phrase. All transactions require your explicit approval through your wallet's signing interface. We use industry-standard security protocols and conduct regular security audits to ensure the safety of all wallet interactions.
What networks are supported?
Tradeview currently supports Ethereum mainnet, Arbitrum, and our custom Layer 1 chain. We plan to expand to additional EVM-compatible networks and integrate cross-chain bridging solutions through our IBC compliance framework in the near future.
Trading
What trading pairs are available?
Tradeview offers a wide range of perpetual trading pairs including major cryptocurrencies (BTC, ETH, SOL), DeFi tokens, and tokenized real-world assets. The full list of available pairs can be found on the trading terminal, and new pairs are regularly added based on community governance votes.
What leverage is available?
The platform supports leverage up to 50x on major pairs and up to 20x on altcoin pairs. Leverage limits are set by the risk engine to protect traders and the protocol. Users can adjust their leverage per position, and the maintenance margin requirements scale accordingly.
How are trading fees calculated?
Trading fees follow a maker/taker model. Makers (limit orders) pay lower fees than takers (market orders). TVX token holders receive fee discounts based on their staking tier. Vault strategy creators may also earn a share of fees generated by their strategies.
What order types are supported?
Tradeview supports market orders, limit orders, stop-loss orders, take-profit orders, and trailing stop orders. Advanced traders can also use conditional orders and bracket orders to manage complex trading strategies through the professional terminal interface.
Token Dashboard
Where can I view my token balance?
Your token balance is displayed on the Token Dashboard, accessible from the main navigation. The dashboard shows your total TVX holdings, staked amounts, vesting schedules, and pending rewards. You can also track your portfolio performance over time with built-in analytics.
How do I stake my tokens?
Navigate to the Staking section within the Token Dashboard. Choose a staking pool or validator, enter the amount you wish to stake, and confirm the transaction. Staking rewards are calculated in real-time and can be claimed at any time without unstaking your principal.
How are rewards distributed?
Rewards are distributed continuously based on your staking participation. The reward rate depends on the total amount staked in the network, your chosen validator's performance, and the current protocol emission schedule. You can track your accumulated rewards in real-time on the dashboard.
RWA & Oracle
What are Real World Assets (RWAs)?
Real World Assets on Tradeview are tokenized representations of traditional financial instruments such as commodities, equities, and fixed-income products. These tokens are backed by verified real-world assets and priced using our multi-source oracle system to ensure accurate and transparent valuations.
How does the oracle system work?
Tradeview uses a multi-source oracle layer that aggregates price data from multiple independent providers. The system employs TWAP (Time-Weighted Average Price) calculations and cross-validation to prevent price manipulation. Oracle updates are integrated into the execution layer for accurate margin and liquidation calculations.
How are RWA prices verified?
RWA prices are verified through a combination of on-chain oracle feeds, off-chain data aggregation, and periodic audits of the underlying assets. Our pricing engine cross-references multiple data sources and applies outlier detection algorithms to ensure accuracy and prevent stale or manipulated price data.
Security & Compliance
Is Tradeview audited?
Yes, Tradeview smart contracts undergo regular security audits by leading blockchain security firms. Audit reports are publicly available for transparency. We also maintain an active bug bounty program to incentivize responsible disclosure of potential vulnerabilities.
How is user data protected?
Tradeview follows a privacy-first approach. Since authentication is wallet-based, we collect minimal personal data. All on-chain interactions are secured by the underlying blockchain's cryptographic guarantees. Any off-chain data is encrypted and stored in compliance with applicable data protection regulations.
What happens during a liquidation event?
When a position's margin falls below the maintenance margin threshold, the risk engine initiates a liquidation process. Positions are closed in an orderly manner to minimize market impact. An insurance fund covers any socialized losses, and liquidation parameters are transparently defined and governed by the community.
