Terms of Use

Tradeview is a decentralized blockchain-based protocol that provides software interfaces enabling users to interact with:

• A proprietary Layer 1 blockchain network
• Smart contracts
• Decentralized trading infrastructure
• Liquidity pools
• Validator and staking mechanisms
• Live trading and social broadcasting features

The Platform is non-custodial and operates via autonomous smart contracts deployed on blockchain networks.

Tradeview does not take custody of digital assets unless explicitly stated.

The Platform may be maintained by independent developers, contributors, or a future legal entity. Nothing in these Terms creates a partnership, agency, joint venture, or fiduciary relationship.

You represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction).
• You have full legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
• Your use of the Platform is not prohibited under the laws applicable to you.
• You are not subject to sanctions or listed on any governmental sanctions list.
• You are not located in a jurisdiction where use of decentralized trading platforms is prohibited.

You are solely responsible for compliance with all laws applicable to you.

Tradeview may restrict or block access from certain jurisdictions at its sole discretion.

The Platform is non-custodial:

• You retain control of your wallet and private keys.
• Tradeview cannot access, freeze, or recover your funds.
• All transactions are executed through smart contracts.

You are solely responsible for safeguarding your private keys and wallet credentials.

Loss of private keys may result in permanent and irreversible loss of assets.

The Platform provides infrastructure only.

Nothing on the Platform constitutes:

• Investment advice
• Financial advice
• Legal advice
• Tax advice
• Endorsement of any asset

All decisions to trade, stake, provide liquidity, or follow other users are made solely at your own risk.

When interacting with the DEX:

• Transactions are executed via smart contracts.
• Execution is not guaranteed.
• Transactions are irreversible once confirmed on-chain.
• Prices are determined algorithmically or via orderbook logic.

Liquidity providers:

• Assume risk of impermanent loss.
• May earn trading fees subject to protocol rules.
• Assume smart contract and market risks.

Tradeview makes no representation regarding profitability or returns.

Validators and delegators acknowledge:

• Staking rewards are variable and not guaranteed.
• Slashing or penalties may occur.
• Governance decisions may affect economic parameters.
• Network upgrades may alter validator obligations.

Participation in the network is voluntary and at your own risk.

The Platform enables users to broadcast trading activity and related content.

By using these features, you agree:

• You are solely responsible for your content.
• You will not engage in fraud, manipulation, or misrepresentation.
• On-chain trading activity may be publicly visible.
• Performance metrics may be calculated automatically from wallet activity.

Tradeview does not guarantee accuracy of displayed performance.

Users who copy trades acknowledge:

• Copying another trader does not guarantee profits.
• You assume full responsibility for any losses.

Tradeview does not endorse or verify trader performance unless explicitly stated.

You agree not to:

• Engage in market manipulation or wash trading
• Exploit vulnerabilities in smart contracts
• Attempt to disrupt the Layer 1 network
• Use the Platform for illegal activities
• Circumvent geographic restrictions
• Use automated systems in violation of protocol rules
• Harass or abuse other users

Tradeview may restrict access where technically feasible.

If the Platform includes a native token:

• The token does not represent equity or ownership.
• Holding tokens does not create shareholder rights.
• Governance rights are limited to protocol-defined mechanisms.
• Token value is speculative and may decline.

Tradeview makes no promises regarding token liquidity or price.

Use of the Platform may involve:

• Gas fees
• Trading fees
• Liquidity fees
• Streaming subscription or tipping fees

Fees are subject to change via governance or protocol updates.

The Platform may integrate with:

• External liquidity providers
• Wallet providers
• Infrastructure providers
• Oracle services

Tradeview is not responsible for third-party systems or failures.

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE."

Tradeview disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including:

• Merchantability
• Fitness for a particular purpose
• Continuous availability
• Error-free operation

Use of the Platform is entirely at your own risk.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:

Tradeview and its contributors shall not be liable for:

• Loss of digital assets
• Trading losses
• Indirect or consequential damages
• Smart contract exploits
• Regulatory actions
• Network failures

Total liability shall not exceed USD $100 or the amount of fees paid in the prior 12 months, whichever is greater.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Tradeview, its developers, contributors, and affiliates from any claims arising from:

• Your use of the Platform
• Violation of these Terms
• Violation of applicable law
• Infringement of third-party rights

These Terms may be modified at any time.

Updated Terms become effective upon posting.

Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of changes.

Access may be restricted or suspended where technically feasible for:

• Violations of these Terms
• Legal compliance requirements
• Security risks

Blockchain transactions cannot be reversed.

To the extent permitted by applicable law:

• Disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration.
• You waive participation in class actions.
• Disputes must be brought individually.

If arbitration is unenforceable in your jurisdiction, disputes shall be resolved under applicable law in a competent forum.

If any provision is deemed invalid, the remaining provisions remain enforceable.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Tradeview regarding use of the Platform.
